Introducing "The" CFEC Run Club

CFEC RUN CLUB:

Now that the weather is warming up, it’s time to get out of the gym and start RUNNING. CFEC Run Club is another addition to the new lineup of classes that CFEC will begin offering in April.

This will be a coached class, led by Alison Stall. It’s focus will be on pacing and endurance. The overall goal would be for you to not only feel more comfortable and composed while running (in both “shorter” and longer” distances), but also to improve your engine and mental fortitude in the workouts we do in the gym on a daily basis. This is community driven, which is way better than running alone. Be on the lookout for a race we can do together this Summer.

This class will meet weekly, beginning Monday, April 8th, from 5:30 - 6:15 pm. It will last 45 minutes, from warm up to cool down. We will track our progress as we go.

Program Pricing:

-$20/Month for current CFEC Athletes - Includes every Monday from 5:30-6:15 pm.
-$30/Month for Non-CFEC Athletes - Includes every Monday from 5:30-6:15 pm.


-$35/Month for CFEC Athletes - Includes every Monday from 5:30-6:15 pm + two programed workouts to do on your own time (one workout will be an additional running workout, and the other will be endurance and mono-structural based, but it will be on the assault bike or the concept 2 rower).
-$45/Month for Non-CFEC Athletes - Includes every Monday from 5:30-6:15 pm + two programed workouts to do on your own time (one workout will be an additional running workout, and the other will be endurance based, but it will be on the assault bike or the concept 2 rower).
