STEP 1 - FREE TOUR
Get all the information you need to get started. Take a tour of our facility, meet the coaches, observe one of our classes, discuss our programs, and get an idea about what CrossFit is and what it can do for you.
STEP 2 - FREE CONSULTATION
This is an opportunity to meet with a coach in a one on one setting and find the CFEC program that best suits your current fitness level and goals.
STEP 3 - FREE CLASS TRIAL
We will set up an appointment where you will have the chance to try out a class while being guided personally by one of our coaches at your side throughout the entire experience.
STEP 4 - LEARN THE MOVEMENTS
Start either our Foundations program or Personal Training. This is your first true step into health and wellness. We teach everyone the foundational movements of the human body and our CFEC program.
