WELLNESS

A program designed for individuals starting their fitness journey. The primary goal for this program is to build a base for a healthy lifestyle. Individuals will be taught proper movement technique and build confidence and competency in functional weightlifting, gymnastic, and cardiovascular exercises.

FITNESS

An intermediate program designed for those who have a solid exercise and CrossFit foundation. It features longer and higher intensity workouts while incorporating more advanced exercise movements. The Fitness Program is designed for individuals looking to take their health a step further and have the personal drive to accomplish more.

ATHLETE

Our most advanced program for athletes looking to perform at a higher level. This program features our most advanced movements in olympic lifting and gymnastics.  We recommend having total competency in all of the foundational movements, the programming, and a willingness to take the time and truly practice these more advanced movements. Our Athlete Program features extra credit work for those individuals interested in reaching their full potential.

PERSONAL TRAINING

KIDFIT

Kid Fit is designed for children ages 5-12 years old, and introduces them to the fundamentals and proper technique of exercise in a fun and exciting environment. KidFit can also help your little athletes excel in whatever sports they may be participating in by helping increase their endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, balance, power, and especially their confidence. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm.

 

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

This is our equivalent to a strength and conditioning program. It is designed for 13-18 year old athletes and non-athletes alike. We teach proper lifting, running, and jumping techniques, while assisting teenagers to reach peak performance through strength training, olympic lifting, plyometrics, and cardio/field conditioning. They will not only get in better shape, but they will become stronger, faster, and more powerful athletes. The program runs 3 days a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 4:15 pm.

 

NUTRITION COACHING

This nutrition plan is designed to help individuals enhance performance, lose weight, build lean muscle, and improve overall health. It provides the appropriate foods, eating schedules, and portions for males and females to help reach their fitness goals.  We also include grocery store tutorials and daily accountability. This program is available to both CFEC members and nonmembers.
